Amarket keeps a short reading of a company: status, activity code, debt, courts, and what that means for your contract. It is not an official extract and not a promise that the registry replaces a lawyer.

Status beats the slogan
“In business since 2008” means nothing if the record is halted or a bankruptcy trustee is already appointed.

Debt is a pause, not a verdict
A tax debt asks you not to pay ahead. It does not force you to end talks if you really need the shipment.

A card does not replace a contract
The registry records who the company was on the entry date. The contract records who ships the goods, who pays, and what happens if the wagon does not arrive. Amarket stays short on purpose: after the code there is a paragraph on what to do, not a wall of identical fields.
If you want the line of thought rather than another table, open the method. It sets the order of fields so you do not get stuck on the share capital.
