A company card: what to read after the code
The EDRPOU only opens the right page. It is easy to stop at a handsome capital figure or an old registration year and miss that nobody is left to sign.
- 01
Record status
“Active”, “halted”, “bankruptcy” are different contracts. A halted record does not come alive because a manager promises a Friday shipment.
- 02
Who signs today
The name in last year’s annex may have changed twice. Read the director on the fresh record and ask for an order or the charter if someone else signs.
- 03
KVED against the deal
A company can have a wide activity list. It is odd when “salt extraction” suddenly ships you a server rack. Not a ban, but a reason to ask whose delivery this really is.
- 04
VAT and debt apart
No VAT is about your input tax. Debt is about whether to pay ahead. They are different rows. Do not fold them into one “suspicion”.
- 05
Read courts by subject
Three transport-idle cases are not the same as one asset-stripping case. A number without a subject only frightens.
When a field already worries you, do not inflate it into a “scheme”. Open signals — they say which pause to take, and which conversation not to break.
